Cannabis criminalization and its enforcement has had long-term, adverse impact, particularly for low income and minority community members. A primary goal of Sustainable Innovations is to promote equitable ownership and employment opportunities in the cannabis industry in order to decrease disparities in life outcomes for marginalized communities, and to address the disproportionate impacts of the War on Drugs in our local communities. To view the impact of our efforts, please see our (S.E.E.D) Social Equity and Economic Diversity Program.
We aim to reduce barriers to entering the legal cannabis industry by providing a number of employment and vocational programs to develop business acumen and employment opportunities. For those interested in working with us, priority application processing is available, which seeks to afford eligible applicants an opportunity to be first-to-employment. Furthermore, Sustainable Innovations provides applicants educational assistance to support career pathways and mobility.
